Agricultural Appraisals Services

Professional appraisal services are available for dairy and beef cattle as well as equipment throughout the United States.  All appraisals are completed by experienced and certified appraiser on time in a professional manner.
Chattel appraisals have been routinely completed for government agencies, banks, attorneys, insurance companies, farmers and private individuals.  Each assignment is completed according to the needs of the client with a strict code of professionalism.
Appraisals assignments are completed for a variety of reasons including itemizing assets for financing needs, bankruptcy, partnerships, reconciling collateral, investment and dispute resolution.

The appraisal process is as follows:
  1. Request an appraisal by calling 616-822-0101 or by e-mail
  2. Letter of engagement outlining appraisal needs, schedule for inspection and completion, and fee structure is signed.
  3. Appraisal inspection takes places whereby the appraiser inspects property for accurate count, condition, and acquisition of all important information.
  4. Comparables are researched.
  5. Formal appraisal report is generated including but not limited to the following:
